The Timberland Rd. depot is located just downstream of the Pattullo Bridge in Surrey adjacent to the Fraser Surrey Docks. The Timberland depot supplies various aggregate products including river sand, quarried road base products, clear crushed rock and recycled concrete/asphalt road bases. The depot also has a barge ramp facility adjacent to the site that is available for rent.
A concrete and asphalt-recycling depot is located adjacent to the property and is run by RDM Enterprises with the finished product marketed and sold through Mainland.
Mainland Sand & Gravel supplies aggregate products to customers throughout Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, New Westminster and Coquitlam from the Timberland Road depot.
