- Supply of construction materials at our depot or delivered.
- Specialty equipment rental complete with qualified operators.
- Rental of barge ramp facilities.

Based in New Westminster, Winvan Paving services customers from the Fraser Valley to Lions Bay.
The concrete paving operations also service this area but extend to include the Sea to Sky communities of Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.
Government
Winvan Paving provides construction materials and construction services to all levels of government and their agencies. Our contracting expertise and our product control make us a natural supplier of road building materials and a preferred contractor for public works organizations to call for civil construction, major road works, emergency repairs and minor road repairs.

Asphalt and Gravel Retail Sales
Located at 220 Edworthy Way in New Westminster, BC, Winvan Paving’s depot provides retail sales for Hot Mix Asphalt, 20mm minus Crushed Quarried Granular Road Base, Emulsified Asphalt in 5 Gallon pails and Recycled 20mm minus Crushed RAPCON Road Bases. Materials are engineered to meet MMCD, MoTI, PMV and YVR specifications.
