The No 5 Rd. depot is located at the south foot of No 5 Rd. in Richmond, just downstream from the Deas Tunnel. The No. 5 Rd. depot supplies various aggregate products including river sand, quarried road base products, clear crushed rock and recycled concrete/asphalt road bases. Mainland maintains and manages a concrete and asphalt recycling operation on site as well. The depot accepts concrete and asphalt rubble for a tipping fee with the condition that it be free from contaminants including but not limited to rebar/steel, dirt, wood or other construction waste.

At the 5 Rd. depot MSG provides bulk material handling services to a variety of customers. MSG’s services include; land rental, barge unloading and barge ramp rental.

Mainland Sand & Gravel supplies aggregate products to customers throughout Delta, Richmond, Burnaby and Vancouver from the No. 5 Road depot.

Truck Access To The Site

Take the Steveston Highway exit from BC-99
Turn left onto Steveston Highway
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto No. 5 Road
Turn left off No. 5 Road to enter the depot

Truck Egress If heading south:

Head north on No. 5 Road toward Machrina Way
Turn right onto Steveston Highway
Use the right 2 lanes to take the BC-99 South ramp to Ferries
Keep right at the fork and merge onto BC-99 South

If heading north:

Head north on No. 5 Road toward Machrina Way
Turn right onto Steveston Highway
Keep left to stay on Steveston Highway
Take the BC-99 North ramp to Vancouver
