About Winvan Paving

Winvan Paving was originally formed as a civil construction and asphalt paving division of Commonwealth Construction. Over the years ownership changed several times and in 2017 Winvan was purchased by Summit Materials and is now a division of Mainland Construction Materials ULC. Annually the Winvan Paving operation employs over 150 people and performs over 400 jobs throughout the Lower Mainland and the Sea to Sky areas of BC.

Based out of New Westminster with its sales offices, asphalt plant, construction operations, equipment maintenance shop, barge ramp and testing lab Winvan provides retail sales for aggregates and asphalt materials.

Markets capably serviced by Winvan include municipal, airport, port, ICI (Industrial, Commercial and Institutional) and residential development projects.
